Meet Elizabeth Holder

Elizabeth Holder is the founder and CEO of Body Insured Consulting, LLC. Formerly operating as The Only Queen That Matters, Elizabeth has helped over five thousand clients navigate their personal weight loss and body transformation journeys. Her passion for guiding others is rooted in her own transformative experience.

Elizabeth’s path has been one of resilience and determination. Battling weight challenges due to PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), hEDS (Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome), and POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), her journey began in 2017 with Weight Watchers. Over four years, she lost 118 pounds, confronting the emotional and physical challenges that came with such a transformation.

Faced with excess skin and societal body shaming, Elizabeth turned her focus to recovery and renewal. Her journey included multiple elective surgeries, such as a breast reduction in 2004, a panniculectomy with abdominoplasty in 2022, a thighplasty in 2023, a brachioplasty and mastopexy in 2024, and a completion of a lower body lift in 2025.

After navigating the complexities of insurance coverage and elective surgery procedures on her own, Elizabeth made it her mission to help others facing similar challenges. Through one-on-one consultations, she offers personalized guidance and mentorship for individuals seeking skin removal surgeries and insurance support.
